Return and Refund Policy

Thank you for using UniPlayer. Please read this policy carefully to understand how refunds are handled for our credit-based subscription service.
1. Nature of the Service
UniPlayer operates on a credit-based, non-auto-renewing subscription model. You purchase credit packages that are applied to your account. Credits are non-expiring and are consumed at a rate of 1 credit per day when your account is active. UniPlayer is a digital service — there are no physical products to return.
No automatic charges: UniPlayer never charges you automatically or initiates recurring billing. Every credit purchase is a one-time transaction initiated by you. You will never be charged without your explicit action.
2. General Refund Policy
Because UniPlayer credits are digital goods that are applied to your account immediately upon purchase, we generally do not issue refunds once a credit package has been successfully delivered to your account.
3. Refunds by Payment Method
Refund procedures depend on how you made your purchase:
3.1 Apple In-App Purchase
Purchases made through Apple In-App Purchase are processed and managed entirely by Apple. We do not have the ability to issue refunds for Apple transactions. To request a refund for an In-App Purchase:

Apple determines refund eligibility according to its own policies.
3.2 FreeKassa (Cards, YuMoney, QIWI, Crypto, etc.)
- If a payment fails or is declined, your funds are returned automatically by the payment processor. No action is required on your part.
- If a payment was charged but credits were not applied to your account, please contact us at [email protected] with your payment receipt or transaction confirmation. We will verify the transaction and credit your account or assist with a resolution.
3.3 PayPal
- Failed PayPal transactions are reversed automatically.
- If you experience a discrepancy between your PayPal payment and your UniPlayer credit balance, contact us at [email protected] with your PayPal transaction ID.
3.4 Cryptocurrency (CoinRemitter)
- Due to the nature of cryptocurrency transactions, refunds for crypto payments are generally not possible once the transaction has been confirmed on the blockchain.
- If a confirmed crypto payment was not reflected in your account, contact us at [email protected] with your transaction hash.
4. Free Trial
UniPlayer offers a 30-day free trial with full functionality and no payment required. We encourage all new users to take advantage of the trial period to evaluate the service before purchasing credits.
5. Exceptions
We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in exceptional circumstances, such as:
- Duplicate charges caused by a technical error.
- Credits not applied to your account after a confirmed payment.
- Extended service outages caused by issues on our end (not related to your content provider or network).
To request an exception, contact us with relevant documentation (payment receipt, screenshots, transaction ID).
6. Promotional Credits and Promo Codes
Credits received through promotional codes, bonuses, or special offers are provided at no cost and are not eligible for refund or cash exchange under any circumstances. We reserve the right to revoke promotional credits that were obtained through fraud, abuse, or violation of promotional terms.
7. Account Deletion and Inactive Accounts
If you choose to delete your account, any remaining credits on your account will be permanently forfeited and are not eligible for a refund. Please ensure you have used or are willing to forfeit your remaining credits before requesting account deletion.
Additionally, if your account has no active subscription and has been inactive for more than 3 months, your account data (including any remaining credits) may be deleted in accordance with our Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.
